Company Referencing £395.00 - Processing and validating company references.
- Preparation of a Corporate Tenancy Agreement.
Saturday Move in Fee £60.00 - A full-time member of our Property Management team will meet you at our office to ensure a smooth move-in.
Check-Out Fee Between £120 - £156 dependent on size of property - A report confirming the condition of the property upon vacation.
- The report will be used to negotiate the return of your deposit.
Goodlord Platform Fee (fee per user) £6 - Payable along with your initial move-in monies.
- Fee covers your use of Goodlord's online platform.....
Aborted pre-arranged visit to your property (inspection/contractor visit) £30 - Default fee charged if you abort a pre-arranged visit to your property (inspection/contractor visit)

Email/letter sent following late payment of rent £30 - Default fee charged for Enfields chasing late payment of rent.
- Fee charged per email/letter sent.
Return of overpaid rent at end of tenancy £30 - Administration and bank fees involved with returning overpaid funds to you.
Replacing lost keys £18 per key - Cost and time involved cutting additional keys.
Service of any notice relating to breaches of tenancy £30 - Default fee charged for each notice served following a breach of your tenancy.

*The need for a Guarantor may not become apparent until your referencing (including for any joint tenants) has been completed, therefore guarantor referencing fee(s) will only become payable should a guarantor be required.

A deposit equivalent to one month's rent plus £200 will be required to be paid at the start of the tenancy. A landlord may require a higher deposit if the referencing criteria is not met, further details will be provided at that time. All deposits we receive are held by the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

We are able to accept payment by debit card, credit card, cash or bank transfer.

Any tenancy application is subject to referencing and contract.

Enfields operate under a client money protection scheme and are members of The Property Ombudsman.
