The first ever ‘New Homes Event’ is launching on Saturday 14th September, presenting homebuyers, investors and renters with the opportunity to learn everything they need to know about purchasing, owning and living in a new build home.

This exciting new event, which is presented by award-winning developer Inland Homes and supported by Southampton City Council, combines all the industry experts needed to buy a new build home. From mortgage advice to Help to Buy applications and everything in between, this one day spectacular is a guide through the buying journey. Plus, visitors to the event can purchase a new build home on the day.

In addition to new homes to buy and rent, free financial and legal advice, Help to Buy information, interior design ideas and local Southampton knowledge, the event has prizes to be won including a brand new bike, as well as free goody bags, refreshments and a face painting and activity corner for children.

Exhibitors include local agents, Help to Buy, award-winning developer Inland Homes, specialist new homes mortgage and legal advisors The New Homes Mortgage Helpline and Foot Anstey, interior designer Art Space and Go Southampton for all local information.

The free event is being held at the Chapel Riverside Marketing Suite, Southampton SO14 5FZ on Saturday 14th September 10am – 3pm. Free parking is available for all visitors and appointments with the Independent Financial Advisor can be made on arrival.
