Once a suitable tenant has been secured, Enfields (via a specialist agency) will conduct a thorough referencing check on all applicants. We aim to provide a response in just 48 hours.
Enfields ensure that all necessary paperwork required to set-up your tenancy is overseen by a qualified solicitor to protect your rights.
As members of the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), we ensure good practice in deposit handling and resolution of disputes concerning dilapidations at the end of the tenancy.
